Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and HyprDev LLC, the operator of Deuce Plus One. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's applicable terms, the controlling requirement applies.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian should create or manage an account for a minor when required by law. By adding or managing a junior player, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Coaches and team staff may access player information only through an approved relationship and the permissions shown in the app.

Provide accurate account and relationship information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not impersonate another person, claim a public tennis profile you are not authorized to manage, or add private player information without permission.

You retain ownership of match scores, notes, images, and other content you submit. You give Deuce Plus One a limited license to host, process, back up, display, and share that content only as needed to operate the service and the access choices you make.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you enter. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

Public ratings, profiles, draws, event listings, and match records may come from USTA, WTN, ITF, UTR, tournament operators, or other third parties. That information may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by its source.

Deuce Plus One is not an official tournament authority or ranking body. Verify registration deadlines, fees, eligibility, draws, schedules, rules, and results with the official provider. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. The App Store shows the current price, billing period, and any offer you are eligible for before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests.

You can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple account before renewal, using the timing and instructions shown by Apple. Deleting your Deuce Plus One account or the app does not cancel the Apple subscription.

You may not misuse Deuce Plus One or help someone else do so.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, probe security, or interfere with the service.
• Do not scrape or automate access at a scale that burdens the service or violates a third party's rights.
• Do not harass, exploit, endanger, or improperly profile a player, especially a minor.
• Do not upload malicious code, falsify identity or results, or use the service for unlawful activity.

The app, website, design, software, trademarks, and original service content belong to HyprDev LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Deuce Plus One intellectual property.

Features may change as tennis providers, Apple services, technical systems, or legal requirements change. We may suspend or limit access to maintain the service, address misuse, protect users, comply with law, or respond to provider restrictions.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms, will survive.

Deuce Plus One is a career-tracking and planning tool. It is not medical advice, coaching certification, legal advice, or an official source for tournament or ranking decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every user-entered or third-party record will be complete, current, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyprDev LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, missed registrations, or decisions based on inaccurate third-party information arising from the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. Courts located in Orange County, California will have jurisdiction over disputes that are not required to be heard elsewhere by law.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice in the app or through account contact information when a change is material. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
